I have one called: GOOD RICE CASSEROLE pound of hamburger (Browned) Half a large yellow onion diced 3 1/2 celery stalks diced 1 can cream of chix soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup of boiling water (might be 2 cups, try 1 if not enough for it to be kind of soupy, but more in) 1 Tablespoon soy sauce combine all ingredients in a casserole bowl, stir well. Put in preheated oven covered at 350 and bake for hour and a half. Stir in between baking time. I like to put ketchup on top of mine. SO YUMMY!!
