Welcome Peyton Samuel Wilson!

This is the newest member of our family. He is my first nephew and my parents first grandchild. HOW EXCITING!! I already love him so much and all i've seen is a couple pictures. I cant stop starring at the picture. He is just so cute. Well, congrats Ashlee! We all love you so much!

Wedding Pre-shoot

As most of you know, Allen's mom and sister are AMAZING photographers. I used to work in a portrait studio and grew a love for photography. I have been wanting to get to know more about it and am starting to learn a little from them. I bought myself a camera and know it's to the learning process. Maria (Allen's sister) is shooting a wedding tomorrow. She did a pre-shoot today and invited me to come with her to learn. I am so grateful to have you in my life. You give me so much joy and love. My favorite part of the day is when you come home and walk in the door. I come running down the hall to see you...and the look in your eyes and on your face is priceless. I love the way you love me. When you hold me I can feel how much you care. The little things you do mean the world to me. I love when you suprise me. You are so amazing! I can't even picture my life without you. I am so excited to see what the future brings to us. Some new additions to our apartment...

We put up the shelf and shadow boxes in our living/dining room. I still need to find something for the two small shadow boxes. I am thinking about maybe some candles...we'll see. I also put up some vinyl lettering above my craft table. I love it. The bed, we've had it since before we moved in but I never took a picture of it before. We still need decorations for the bedroom. We have furniture in there now. I will post pics of the furniture another time. Yes, I know we are lame...we have our bed on the floor. It works. We will get a frame sometime. We have no rush. What do you think of my place?

The sun is out and so is my summer music!

I left this morning before eight to get to work and it was cold. I left work at 4:00 and walked outside. To my surprise it was HOT out. The sun was bright and it was so warm out. It put the biggest smile on my face. It was AMAZING! I just added 3 new songs to my blog. These are totally Allen's and my theme song to our relationship, I swear! We listened to these songs so much last summer when we first were together. He used to laugh at me as I went crazy to these songs. I love summer music. It is so fun! So here is to the summer weather we are having today!

Christmas fun and new baby!

This is my sister Ashlee and her husband Sam. My sister is pregnant and her due date is today. I am keeping my phone on me and waiting anxiously for that phone call any day saying that she is in labor. I am so excited. She announced on Christmas Eve that it is going to be a boy. This is the first grandchild in my family and we are all super excited. I love you Ashlee and can hardly wait to see my little nephew on the web cam!


I was going through some pictures and editing them tonight. I just got to my Christmas ones. Haha. I was looking through them and realized how much I miss my brothers. They are so cute and so much fun. It was really nice to go through and look at all the pictures again.

Pretty Flowers!

Aren't these gorgeous? Allen bought them for me a little bit ago. I was looking through pictures on my camera and I saw some pictures I had taken of these flowers. I just had to share one of them with you. They are soooo pretty. Allen does really good when he picks out flowers. I love it.

Don't you just love good friends?

Tonight we had two of our friends over. This is Aubrye and Grant. I used to live with Aubrye and she got married to Grant last August. I haven't seen them since they have got married because things have been so crazy. We talked the other night and decided to hang out. So they came over for dinner and we had a great time eating and talking. It was so nice to see them again. It's weird how you could go forever not seeing someone, and then when you finally see them, it feels like you've always been together. She will always be such a great friend to me. I am so excited to do something again.

Here they are...pictures of my new home!

People keep asking to see pictures of my new home so here they are! Now, you have to remember that pictures don't do things justice. Also, my apartment isn't even close to being finsihed. We still have to put up decorations all on the wall and get a lot more stuff. But until then, here ya go...This is the view when you first walk into the door. That bare wall will be covered. I am going to hang a nice picture above the table back behind the couch. We are also going to hang a nice long black shelf on the wall to the side of the couch.
This is the other angle of our front room. You cant really tell because how dark this picture is, but there is this really ugly orange chair in the corner. We are going to bring it to the guy upstairs and get a large love sac instead. I think I am just going to make one. Also, we are going to paint that large wood bookshelf black. Right now we just have a ton of random stuff on it but once I figure out what to put on there that will be fixed.
This is our amazing entertainment center we got off of KSL for really cheap. I love it. Its perfect size for our apartment. There are three shelves on the left hand side with a glass door in front of it. There are also four black doors on the bottom the you can open and we have our movies and stuff in there.
Here is the view into our living room front the center of the kitchen. As you can tell that wall to the right hand side is extremely bare. Thats why we need that long black shelf and some decorations from it. We still need to get some black chairs to go around the table and hang something on the wall in front of it. See? Here is our nice little laundry room. Its so nice to have these here because I have hated going to a laundry mat the last couple years.

Our pantry on the left hand side. Right across from our pantry is our bedroom. I don't have any pictures of our bedroom yet because it's SOOO empty right now. When I get more stuff for it I will post some pictures of it.

At the end of our hallway is what we call our utility closet. To the right is our bathroom and to the left is our spare bedroom.

Here is our spare bedroom. Its not much of a bedroom. It's more of our workroom!
Here is Allen's desk. We go this for free off of KSL. Awesome huh?
My craft table. I LOVE it. On the left is for my sewing and my cricut in the middle. On the right is for all my art and scrapbooking and stuff. There is tons of storage space under the tables and I want to get some plastic drawers and stuff to hold all my stuff. As you can see, we are missing chairs for our desks. We are picking up Allen's today and I am still trying to find one I like for me.
